Expanded Liver Function Panel

A Liver Panel blood test, also known as liver function tests (LFTs), measures a set of blood markers that help assess the health and function of the liver. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT): An enzyme primarily found in the liver; elevated levels can indicate liver damage.

Alkaline phosphatase (ALP): An enzyme found in the liver, bones, and other tissues; high levels may suggest bile duct problems or bone disease.

Albumin: The main protein made by the liver; low levels can point to liver or kidney dysfunction.
