• Sample:  6776 shoppers left star ratings for these products; 1128 of them wrote full reviews, and those written comments were analysed, collected in June 2025.
• Rating Analysis: Reviews with ≤3 stars were flagged as indicating a problem or notable frustration. 5-star reviews were flagged for positive experience analysis.
• Issue Classification: Nine complaint categories derived from keyword mining; each review may count in multiple categories. Manual spot checks kept uncategorised text below 6 %. 5-star reviews were analyzed for positive themes, including convenience, speed, privacy, peace of mind, value, customer service, accuracy, and professional quality. Each mention was counted, and percentages reflect the share of 5-star reviews mentioning each theme.
• Product-Level Analysis: Issue rates were calculated for each kit to identify outlier products and patterns.

Product Performance Ranking

• Ranking Criteria:
  Products were ranked by average star rating, then by sample size (number of ratings and reviews). The percentage of low-rated (1–3 stars) reviews was also calculated for each product to highlight satisfaction gaps.
• Outlier Identification:
